We visit the women's group of Rufisque Nord

Last August, the Nutrition Without Borders team traveled to Gambia and Senegal to see the organization’s main projects. During the visit to Rufisque, we were welcomed by the group of women from the Réseau des Femmes Transformatrices de Rufisque Nord (RFTRN), who proudly showed us the result of the food transformation project carried out in collaboration with Nutrition Without Borders and with the support of the Canary Islands Government.

The impact has been very positive: new equipment, better processes, and final products with renewed and higher quality packaging and labeling.

We would like to express our gratitude to the entire RFTRN team for their hospitality and commitment.

We hope to continue collaborating to strengthen women's groups in the area and thus contribute to a more sustainable and just development.
